Our signature 4 cheese blend mixed with green chillies and green peppers, spread on our pizza dough and topped off with fior di latte mozzarella and fresh jalapenos. Forget jalepeno poppers, chapo bread is boss!

Seasoned mixed colour vine cherry/plum tomatoes with basil and garlic topped on our freshly baked pizza dough bread and finished with wild oregano, fresh basil leaves and extra virgin olive oil.

Our pizza dough is stretched thin and is baked with extra virgin olive oil and generous amounts of D.O.P Grana Padano. Resulting in a bread stick that is both crispy and fluffy with a strong sharp grana padano cheese flavour. Served with a home made dip of your choice.

(side salad) A smaller portion of our rocket salad served with seasoned tomatoes, grana padano shavings with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.

Our most sought after pizza, inspired by my favourite book.
